Nobscot Squadron bylaws provide there shall be an Executive Committee, also known as the Board of Directors consisting of 12 active members. The eligible and voting positions are The Bridge, Immediate Past Commander and 5 Members-At-Large.

The Executive Committee are elected by the membership at the Annual Change of Watch.
